* As our Business Development Manager – QLD, you'll play a key role in expanding our presence across the Commercial Vehicle (CV) and Automotive markets.
* You'll work closely with CV applicators, OEM customers and distributors to strengthen brand loyalty, convert competitive users and uncover new growth opportunities.
Whether you come from an automotive trade background or bring strong transferable skills, you'll have the opportunity to step into a more strategic role while developing your capabilities in sales, relationship management and market development.
Key Requirements:
* Proven ability to identify customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.
* Strong sales and negotiation skills with experience in managing both new and existing business relationships.
* Solid understanding of automotive products and refinish systems.
* Excellent time management, presentation and communication skills.
* Demonstrated industry experience within sales or automotive environments.
