Job Description
We are seeking a Dietitian to join our team, providing personalised nutrition assessments and care planning for older adults.
This role involves supporting clients living with chronic illness, frailty, malnutrition, or special dietary needs, delivering practical advice on hydration, supplements, and mealtime routines.
You will educate carers and families to improve nutrition and quality of life, working as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team in clinic, home, or residential aged care settings.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) registration with Dietitians Australia
* Experience in aged care, community health, or working with older adults
* Ability to communicate with empathy, clarity, and respect – especially where cognitive or sensory challenges are present
* Knowledge of aged care nutrition standards, dysphagia, and chronic disease management
* Excellent documentation and client education skills
* A proactive and collaborative approach to care
