Duties:
Armed with a league of support including a Leasing Executive, the Accounts team and an Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for
* Day to day management of 250 properties
* Coordinating duties for your POD
* Undertake routine and final inspections
* Rental increases and lease renewals
* Dispute resolution and NCAT if needed
* You are welcome to source New Business for additional commission (but this duty is not a requirement)
Specific requirements:
Our client is very open on experience and background, but you will be able to demonstrate that you have the following:
* Capability to autonomously manage a residential portfolio
* A current Real Estate License or Certificate
* A car and drivers licence
