About This Opportunity
Our Sun Valley store is currently looking for a motivated and hard‐working leader to join and help lead the store's Customer Service department.
Reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager, the successful applicant will manage a small team, create rosters, generate orders, complete stock takes and handle a variety of other store‐wide responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a small team and ensure high levels of customer service.
* Create staff rosters and coordinate order fulfilment.
* Complete regular stock takes and maintain inventory accuracy.
* Support the daily operations of the Customer Service.
* Adopt a "hands‐on" approach to problem solving and team leadership.
Expectations
* Customer service experience is desired, but not essential.
* Ability to supervise team members.
