About the Role

* The Partner Account Manager will be responsible for managing key commercial Partners and driving sales of AMD's entire portfolio through their business networks.

Key Responsibilities:
">
* Deliver AMD's Annual Operating Plan (AOP) metrics, including revenue, units sold, and market share goals.
* Develop aligned annual account plans for each partner and ensure agreed-upon plans are implemented and executed.
* Manage AMD's Partner Program deployment and activation, providing detailed multi-quarter forecasts.
* Implement go-to-market and sales-out strategies to grow revenue and share within nominated accounts.
* Represent AMD as the face of the company, building strong connections with stakeholders.
* Ensure Partner sales staff are trained and confident in articulating the AMD value proposition to end customers.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
">
* Demonstrated success in a comparable role, having developed strong customer relationships that have led to sales success.
* An established background in technology sales, ideally with an understanding of Client and Datacentre solutions.
* Previous experience working in the Channel with OEMs, resellers, SIs, VARs, and distributors.
* Effectiveness working in a cross-matrix organization.
* Able to thrive in an autonomous environment.
