seeking a relationship‑focused professional to manage and grow key client accounts

Melbourne
team.

What You'll Do

* Manage a portfolio of
banking and mutual bank
clients
* Build and maintain long‑term strategic relationships
* Provide guidance on compliance training needs and programs
* Drive retention and identify new revenue opportunities
* Analyse client data to improve engagement and outcomes
* Work closely with internal product, content, and customer success teams
* Represent GRC Solutions at industry events and client engagements

What You Bring

* Experience in
banking

financial services account management
* Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship‑building skills
* Understanding of compliance, eLearning, or regulated environments
