We're looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to create intuitive, user-centered digital experiences used every day in hospitals and aged‐care facilities across Australia. In this role, you'll transform complex user needs into thoughtful design solutions that support clinicians, patients, residents, and care teams. You'll work across the full design lifecycle—from research and discovery through to prototyping and testing—collaborating closely with Product Managers, Developers, and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful digital products.
What you'll do
* Lead and contribute to user research, usability testing, and discovery activities
* Design intuitive and accessible user experiences aligned to product strategy
* Create wireframes, prototypes, and high‐fidelity UI designs using tools like Figma
* Translate complex workflows into clear user journeys and interfaces
* Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to deliver high‐quality solutions
* Contribute to and evolve design systems for consistency across products
* Advocate for user‐centered design and share design thinking with stakeholders
What you'll bring
* Several years' experience in UX/UI or Product Design
* Strong proficiency in Figma and modern design tools
* Understanding of accessibility (WCAG) and responsive design
* Experience working in agile product teams
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* Healthcare experience is beneficial but not essential.
