About the role

Join the Government Advertising and Insights Hub as Associate Director, Advertising Partners, where you'll lead the strategy and performance of South Australia's whole-of-government advertising partnerships. This is a senior leadership role shaping how government connects with the community through high-impact campaigns, strong agency partnerships and innovative media strategies.

What you'll be doing

* Lead the Master Media Scheme and drive value, performance and innovation across agency partnerships.
* Manage relationships with media and creative agencies, ensuring high-quality campaign delivery.
* Establish and oversee strategic media partnerships aligned to government priorities.
* Shape a future-focused creative services model to lift capability and outcomes.
* Provide trusted advice to senior leaders on advertising strategy and effectiveness.
* Oversee campaign operations, governance and performance reporting.
* Build and lead a high-performing, collaborative team.

What you'll bring

* Senior experience in advertising, media or campaign leadership.
* Strong understanding of media buying, agency models and partnership frameworks.
* Proven ability to manage commercial and strategic agency relationships.
* A strategic, insight-driven mindset with the ability to influence at executive level.
* Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
* Demonstrated success leading and developing high-performing teams.
* Strong commercial, operational and governance capability.

Remuneration

Remuneration is in accordance with the SM2 classification ($153,887) + superannuation.
