WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORAbout the TeamReporting to the Team Lead - Paint, you will be key member of the paint team. The paint team forms part of the greater production team which includes the Weld Shop, Prototype Shop, Assembly Teams and Armour Shop.About the RoleRheinmetall Defence Australia will be recruiting multiple qualified industrial painters throughout 2026 and beyond, with specific focus on our afternoon shift, as we ramp up our production capabilities. As a vehicle painter at Rheinmetall Defence Australia, you will work as part of a team to prepare, paint and finish military vehicles and military components.The paint team is looking for experienced professionals to work on either the day shift (6am - 3pm) or the afternoon shift (3pm-11pm). All new employees will start on the day shift for induction, training and compliance.
