Taurus is a privately owned and operated specialist mining supplier with various clients around Australia. On behalf of one of our valued clients we are seeking an experienced Long Hole Driller for an ASAP start but can accommodate notice periods. FIFO Perth or DIDO Kalgoorlie - roster is 14/14, in-state candidates welcome to apply. ASAP Start.
Role details
Longhole - Sandvik 420 (also have a 431) - RPL Records on 420 Essential. Owner operator gold miner.
Responsibilities
* Operate longhole drilling equipment (Sandvik 420; 431 as applicable) and maintain associated records.
Qualifications and requirements
* National Police Clearance under 12 months and GSDU clearance required.
* 12 months+ experience in the role or equivalent would be preferred.
* Manual Driver's Licence
* DGSC
* You must be able to provide your RPL records.
* A commitment to safety and to the safety of colleagues.
* Successful candidates will be required to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol test (paid for by Taurus).
