Are you a passionate, nurturing educator who loves guiding young minds and making a real difference in children's lives? At Mayfield Early Education Gordonvale we're looking for a Lead Educator (Diploma qualified) to join our team, working up to 37.5 hours per week. As a Lead Educator, You'll

* Develop and implement a curriculum that fosters holistic growth, laying the foundation for lifelong learning.
* Lead and mentor a team of educators, inspiring them to deliver exceptional care and education every day.
* Build strong relationships with families, ensuring open communication and collaboration to support each child's development.
* Introduce creative teaching methodologies, keeping learning fresh, engaging, and aligned with best practice.
* Be a strong advocate for children, ensuring their needs and interests guide every decision and activity.


What We're Looking For

* Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent ACECQA approved qualification)
* Valid WWCC
* Child protection / Red Nose / Food Safety training (or willingness to obtain)
* Strong understanding of Child Safe Standards
* Knowledge of the EYLF and NQF
* A genuine passion for the early childhood sector and helping children flourish
* Availability 6:00am – 6:30pm, Monday to Friday.
