About The Role
We're looking for an experienced Leading Hand – Diesel Fitter to oversee the team in Gladstone.
This position will:
Perform leading hand responsibilities, overseeing the daily work of others.
Perform trade duties associated with workshop and/or site operations.
Use tools, machinery, and vehicles in the completion of tasks.
What You'll Need
Trade qualified Diesel Fitter (or equivalent).
Hands-on experience with heavy earthmoving equipment.
A strong focus on safety and getting the job done right.
Problem-solving skills and pride in your work.
Manual Drivers Licence.
Construction Industry Card (White/Blue).
Willingness to complete medical assessments, drug and alcohol screening, and inductions.
