Pacific Lubrication Consultants is an Australian owned and operated distributor of leading Food grade lubricant manufacturers. We have been providing lubrication solutions for over 30 years throughout Australia, specializing in Food and Beverage manufacturing.
We are currently seeking an experienced sales representatives to join our Victorian team. This position is based in Melbourne with a territory that will cover the state of Victoria and southern NSW Region.
We are looking for a real "people person" that loves to connect with people and businesses building strong working relationships.
The Ideal candidate would have experience in sales and business development with previous lubricant sales knowledge ideal. A technical understanding of industrial lubricants (Oil & Grease) being highly regarded.
This may also suit an ex Hydraulic technician eg (Pirtek or enzed) or anybody that has an industrial/technical aptitude and has previous sales experience that wants to take the next step in their career with training provided.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
* Maintaining the existing customer base and endeavour to increase PLC's products within.
* Prospecting and winning new business to increase customer base.
* Stock checking and quoting customers at vendor manages sites.
* Ongoing development of sales skills, product knowledge, customer service and teamwork.
* Providing direct sales/technical support to customers. (Training provided)
* Regional travel.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience selling Lubricants.
* Technical aptitude.
* Relationship building, management skills.
* Self-motivated and target driven.
* Good Computer skills with clear, professional verbal and written communication.
* The ability to work autonomously and within in a team with a positive attitude.
* A valid Australian driver's licence
