ANZUK Group is a global, for-purpose recruitment company with a simple goal: Connect great people with meaningful roles in impactful industries. As part of this mission, we're proud to bring you this opportunity with ANZUK Education. At ANZUK Education, we connect people who care with communities that thrive. Every day, we ensure classrooms continue to run, even when the unexpected happens. As an Account Manager within our Schools Temp team, based at our Collingwood HQ, you are the trusted partner schools call when they urgently need support. You specialise in placing Casual Relief Teachers (CRTs) into critical roles, often at short notice, ensuring learning continues uninterrupted. You're not just filling bookings. You're protecting learning time, supporting educators, and keeping school communities moving forward. Your first few months: Build strong relationships with your portfolio of schools and understand their unique needs Learn our bespoke booking platform, processes, compliance requirements and booking workflows Get hands-on managing same-day and short-notice staffing requests Develop your pool of reliable CRTs and ensure their availability, preferences and compliance are accurate Confidently manage high-volume, time-critical bookings without compromising on quality Deliver consistently high service standards across educators and school leaders Balance immediate daily delivery with longer-term relationship growth From there, you'll have the opportunity to: Step into Senior Account Manager responsibilities Move into Recruitment Consultant or specialist portfolio ownership roles Progress into team leadership or people development pathways Build a long-term career within ANZUK's Education divisions About you You thrive in fast-paced environments where responsiveness matters. You enjoy being relied upon and take pride in following through. You likely bring: Experience in recruitment, education, workforce coordination, account management or a high-volume customer service role Confidence managing urgent requests and competing priorities Strong organisational skills and attention to detail The ability to analyse information quickly and make sound decisions Excellent communication skills and the confidence to have direct, solutions-focused conversations Comfort using CRM, recruitment or booking systems Exposure to schools, education or temporary staffing is highly regarded - but not essential. Most importantly, you take ownership, build genuine relationships, and show up with a practical, positive attitude when things get busy. Perks along the way Clear career progression pathways across Schools and broader Education divisions Coaching, feedback and structured development opportunities Flexibility and trust in how you work Social groups (run club, Trivia Tuesdays and more) Workplace committees and initiatives Beny membership (benefits and discounts) EAP Assist and mental health support Annual Gala event Why us?
