Job Description
Key responsibilities will include:
* Coordinate the end to end recruitment life cycle, including job postings, interviews and onboarding
* Partner with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and develop job descriptions
* Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures
* Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
* Assist in the preparation of HR reports and analytics
* Provide advice and guidance on HR-related matters to employees and management, if required
The Successful Applicant
Selection criteria will include:
* A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, or a related field, and 2+ years experience coordinating general HR activities
* Strong experience in end to end recruitment processes within a blue or white collar environment
* Great understanding of HR principles and employment legislation in Australia
* A positive attitude and the hunger to build a career in HR
* Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
