Job Description
Key responsibilities will include:
Coordinate the end to end recruitment life cycle, including job postings, interviews and onboarding
Partner with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and develop job descriptions
Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
Assist in the preparation of HR reports and analytics
Provide advice and guidance on HR-related matters to employees and management, if required
The Successful Applicant
Selection criteria will include:
A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, or a related field, and 2+ years experience coordinating general HR activities
Strong experience in end to end recruitment processes within a blue or white collar environment
Great understanding of HR principles and employment legislation in Australia
A positive attitude and the hunger to build a career in HR
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Competitive salary of $80,000 - $95,000 AUD + superannuation, dependent on skills and experience
