**Job Role**:
As a Landscaping Leading Hand, you will play a crucial role in leading a team on the ground with hands-on support from Site Supervisors and the Construction Manager. Your responsibilities will include:
- Completing set daily tasks efficiently.
- Managing time effectively.
- Training and supervising staff on the job.
- Demonstrating a sound understanding of Occupational Health and Safety.
**Skills and Experience**:
To be successful in this role, they require:
- A minimum of 4 years' experience in a landscaping role, particularly in Parks, Council Playground builds.
- Experience in all aspects of hard and soft landscapes.
- Cert III Landscape Construction or equivalent experience.
- Car license is a must.
- Bobcat and excavator tickets (desirable).
