Aged Care Support Worker, Community Services

Up to $34.01 p.h. + Salary Packaging or 25% Casual

Community Support Worker | Casual or Permanent Part-Time Position | Bundaberg Region, QLD

Are you passionate about making a real difference in people's lives? We're seeking a dedicated Community Support Worker to join our team in a casual or permanent part-time position, supporting clients across Bundaberg Region QLD, including northern and southern suburbs.

* Competitive pay: $34.01 p/h (or $42.51 p/h inclusive of 25% Casual Loading) + 12% superannuation

A Day in the Life

* Personal Care - Assisting with hygiene, grooming, dressing, mobility, eating, and safe transfers
* Domestic Assistance - Helping with cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and light gardening
* Social Support - Providing companionship and encouraging engagement through conversation and activities
* Transportation - Supporting clients with shopping, appointments, and community access

What You Bring

* Previous experience in community or aged care support (including domestic duties)
* Certificate III or IV in Individual Support/Aged Care (with transcripts)
* Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
* Current driver's licence and access to a registered, insured vehicle
* Must be willing to travel up to 45 - 60 minutes.
* Full COVID-19 vaccination highly desirable
* Minimum 20 hours per fortnight (PPT), with potential to increase after probation
* Flexible shifts between 7:00AM and 7:00PM
* Ideally available 3 - 4 weekdays
* Alternating weekend availability highly desirable
* Successful applicants must complete a National Police Check and provide proof of work rights in Australia
