The Roles
We are looking for OTs who want to make a genuine impact without losing their own spark.
* Early Career / New Grads: Tailored supervision that actually happens. We focus on building your clinical confidence in functional assessments and home mods at a pace that won't leave you frazzled.
* Seniors: Bring your expertise to a team that listens. Help mentor the next generation and lead clinical projects while enjoying a schedule that respects your life outside of work.

About You
* You are a registered OT (AHPRA).
* You love the variety of the NDIS from assistive tech to sensory processing but you want a supportive home base.
* You believe that the best therapy happens when the therapist is happy, rested and inspired.
