Your new role
As a Senior AI Software Engineer, you'll work closely with a small, specialised engineering group to design and deliver agentic AI solutions that operate at scale. Your work will span hands‑on coding, architectural design, and the development of production‑ready pipelines that connect multiple intelligent agents into cohesive business workflows. You'll contribute to the creation of a reusable agentic framework, support the build‑out of new AI‑driven products, and collaborate with product and platform leads to shape the technical direction of the team. The position is hybrid and sits within a newly formed squad that is rapidly expanding its capability footprint.
What you'll need to succeed
Strong commercial experience building software in Python, with a focus on production‑grade engineering.
Deep understanding of agentic AI frameworks, including the ability to design multi‑agent systems that generate meaningful business insights.
Hands‑on experience with LangChain or LangGraph, or similar orchestration frameworks.
Solid capability in AWS, including designing and deploying solutions in large‑scale cloud environments.
Proven background in system design and architecture, particularly for distributed or high‑throughput AI systems.
Ability to work in complex, regulated enterprise settings and deliver solutions that meet governance and operational standards.
CI/CD, Kubernetes, data platform concepts, and datamesh exposure are all beneficial but not essential.
Experience collaborating within multidisciplinary engineering teams and contributing to technical strategy.
