Executive Housekeeper
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to oversee the housekeeping operations of our Perth, Australia-based hotels.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage and lead a team of housekeeping staff across multiple sites.
* Maintain high standards of service and cleanliness by implementing effective policies and procedures.
* Identify and develop talent through recruitment, training, and mentoring initiatives.
* Analyze and manage labor costs, rostering, and wage management to optimize efficiency.
* Evaluate and improve quality control processes to ensure exceptional service delivery.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive senior housekeeping management experience, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. A high level of personal presentation is also essential for this role.
