This role is ideal for a seasoned recruitment and human resources professional with expertise in talent acquisition, people development, and pre-sales strategies.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to track open positions, review resumes, conduct interviews, and provide feedback.
* Be accountable for onboarding, initial training, and customer access/screening supported by the Workforce Management Operations team.
* Support pipeline development for critical/high turnover roles.
* Assist the team with award and pay classifications, as well as pricing activities to determine sell rates for customers.
* Identify opportunities for skill development and career planning.
* Recognize critical roles/single points of failure and prepare succession and redundancy plans.
* Maintain career development conversations with your team.
* Manage staff engagement initiatives, including newsletters, site visits, and social events.
* Ensure compliance training and other administrative tasks are up to date.
* Perform other human resource responsibilities as required.
* Support appropriate RFQ (Request-for-Quote) and bid responses.
Requirements:
* HR degree and IT recruitment knowledge/experience beneficial.
* Understanding of awards and RFQ experience advantageous.
* Experience working with defence and government resources/key stakeholders desirable.
* Previous experience in recruitment or people management essential.
* Previous experience in pre-sales or bid responses beneficial.
* Able to clear baseline security clearance expected.
* Business Development Management and in-growth account management skills vital.
