**About the role**
Due to a high level of growth and increased capacity, this is a rare opportunity to be part of shaping the strategic direction for the state and to grow your team, with 3-4 new recruits required this financial year.
**Responsibilities**
The successful applicant will have a high level of commercial acumen, with the following skills and experience:
- Lead the State Sales Team to deliver the State Sales Plan
- Gather market insights to further develop the strategic plans for the state
- Coach, manage and mentor Team Members to develop a high-performing sales team
- Responsible for KPIs around sales growth and customer relationship management
**Requirements**:
- **Sales experience in food service**, with solid relationships with key stakeholders in the industry
- ** People management experience**:
- Strengths **identifying business opportunities** and **growing territories** through successful account management
