Senior Project Manager Role

Empire Group are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of building construction and upgrade projects within SEQ, on behalf of a large Queensland Government Department.


About the Job

* Oversight of full project life cycle ensuring building projects are delivered efficiently, cost-effectively, and to the highest standards.
* Project planning, procurement, construction management, and stakeholder engagement.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in client-side project management for building construction/upgrade projects, with a strong understanding of Australian Standard contracts, procurement processes, and stakeholder management.

* Client-side project management experience for building construction/upgrade projects.
* Building construction related education is highly regarded.
* Strong communication and collaborative leadership skills.
* Experience in government or large construction/infrastructure organisations.
