About the role
Our client is looking to appoint Registered Nurses on a permanent full-time or part-time basis to their aged care facilities in Tasmania!!
1. Salary up to $52ph
2. Sponsorship available
3. Up to $4000 relocation assistance
4. Accommodation assistance
5. $15900 salary packaging
6. Free on site parking
7. 6 weeks holiday
Available in the following locations:
8. Hobart
9. South Hobart
10. Launceston
11. Regional Tasmania
Desired
12. A strong understating of aged care standards
13. Proven knowledge of best practice in Dementia and Palliative Care
14. Be able to promote a positive culture that embraces the values of this provider
15. Be able to mentor, coach and share your clinical knowledge within the team.
16. Ensure compliance at all levels and a sound knowledge of the accreditation process.
17. Liaise with other allied health consultants and Medical staff
18. Carry out assessments and develop Care Plans for new residents and those coming in for respite to ensure it is a positive transition and a welcoming experience.
Required
19. Bachelor of Nursing or Diploma of Nursing
20. Current AHPRA registration
21. ANMAC
22. National Police and NDIS clearances (or willing to obtain)
23. Flu vaccination and Covid vaccinations
