Therapy Program Coordinator

The primary objective of this role is to act as the main liaison for clients, families, and professionals. This involves coordinating services and monitoring progress across disciplines. Additionally, you will provide direct support sessions within scope and collaborate with allied health professionals and support teams.

Other roles and responsibilities:
* Monitor, evaluate, and review progress and therapy plans.
* Develop resources to support programs.
* Undertake appropriate professional development, including self-reflection.
* Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team to provide holistic therapy programs.
* Comply with all company policies and procedures.
* Commitment to meeting client and organizational expectations.

* Ensure professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.
* Complete report writing in a timely manner.
* Be the main contact and primary therapist for the client and family.
* Coordinate and build the client's team.
* Refer specific consultations or assessments as needed.
* Administer therapy plans, under supervision as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience working with children with developmental delay (not essential).
* Developing and implementing goal-based plans preferably.
* Punctual, reliable, and committed.
* Clear, personable, and professional communication, both written and spoken.
* Exceptional attention to detail.
* Professional communication style with all stakeholders.
* Good computer skills for practice management software.
* Ability to work with a team and autonomously.
* Ability to follow direction and take initiative.
* Diploma in early Childhood Education, Specialist disability education teacher, or Occupational Therapist.
