Harvey Norman is a successful global, founder-led brand, operating across 8 countries and headquartered in Homebush West, NSW. This opportunity to join our well-established and supportive People Team at the Franchisor Office will see you play a key role in the implementation of our people systems transformation program. You will work closely with the broader HR team, Project Team and a wide range of stakeholders to support the people content and communications design, delivery and implementation for all of our end users and audiences across Australia.
This role is available on a full time basis on a maximum term contract of up to nine (9) months.
What You'll Achieve
Using your experience contributing to and designing people system, employee and/or user content and communications, you will leverage your creativity and innovation to deliver outcomes that improve and enhance their experience with the new people system.
You will:
* Develop and uplift People content and experience within the new system, by designing and implementing recruitment and onboarding journeys, employee information hubs, system templates, letters and workflow-related content.
* Contribute to the design and development of employee and user facing materials and communications, improving clarity, consistency and usability.
* Support the design and delivery of rollout communications, including launch messaging and activations, FAQs, user guides and updates for employee support channels.
* Partner closely with stakeholders across the organisation to translate process and system changes into practical, user-friendly content that are meaningful to their roles.
What you'll bring:
* Demonstrated experience producing high-quality, user-focused communications and People content (e.g., HR templates, onboarding materials, recruitment materials, letters, intranet content, guides, FAQs).
* Strong ability to translate complex process/system information into plain-English, user-centred content.
* Some experience supporting HRIS / systems and/or implementations (Dayforce experience desirable, not essential).
* Confidence working with multiple stakeholders, managing competing priorities, and meeting delivery timelines.
* Excellent attention to detail, consistency of tone, and ability to work at pace in a project environment.
* Experience working within the Retail or FMCG industry, or a franchised business model will be an advantage.
