Job Description
We are seeking an experienced sales professional to lead our territory sales efforts in the NSW region. As a key influencer, you will drive new opportunities within the market through innovative solutions and strategic partnerships.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in field sales, with expertise in identifying customer needs and developing effective sales strategies. They will also possess strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, and a positive influence that fosters strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Develop and execute sales plans to achieve territory and team objectives
* Manage and maintain a 12-month rolling orderbook and pipeline with existing and new customers
* Conduct regular market analysis and gather market intelligence to inform sales strategies

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* More than 3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the industrial sector
* Strong commercial and critical thinking skills to identify customer, market, and industry insights
* A deep understanding of sales process methodology and a passion for delivering results-driven solutions
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
