Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Manager
What's the role?
You'll lead and manage Integrated Logistics Support for Defence projects. This means planning, coordinating and improving logistics activities so Defence capability is ready, supported and compliant across its full lifecycle.
What you'll be doing
*
Lead ILS planning and delivery for Defence programs
*
Develop and manage ILS plans, frameworks and documentation
*
Work closely with Defence, engineers and project teams
*
Oversee supply chain, sustainment and materiel readiness activities
*
Identify risks and solve logistics-related issues
*
Guide and mentor team members
*
Ensure compliance with Defence and Commonwealth requirements
What we are looking for
*
Strong experience in Defence or maritime logistics
*
Proven background in ILS across acquisition and sustainment
*
Ability to work with senior stakeholders and technical teams
*
Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
*
NV1 security clearance (or ability to obtain)
Nice to have
*
Experience with Defence systems (MILIS, CMT-L, One Defence Capability System)
*
ILS, engineering or related qualifications
Location: Canberra
