The Opportunity
We are seeking a proactive and organised Merchandiser to manage a defined territory and ensure our brands stand out in every store. You'll play a key role in maintaining strong store relationships, optimising product visibility, and supporting commercial growth through high‐quality merchandising and in‐store execution.
This is a part-time, permanent position, covering the Geelong area. This field‐based role requires travel across your territory, servicing a set customer base per day.
Working Hours
* 24 hour week (3 or 4 days a week – Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday)
* 16 hour week (2 days – Wednesday, Thursday or Friday)
Key Responsibilities
* Build engaging product displays to enhance store presence and drive visibility
* Replenish stock, maintain presentation standards, and execute planograms
* Lead in‐store activations to support promotions and campaigns
* Liaise with store teams, address stock issues, and ensure brand standards are maintained
* Provide accurate reporting and maintain a professional presence in all stores
About You
You are a strong communicator who works autonomously and thrives in a fast‐paced environment.
Requirements
* Access to your own vehicle during working hours
* Physical capability to lift product cases for 8 hours per day (up to 16kg)
* A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel throughout the territory
* Excellent attention to detail with a passion for great presentation
* Professional presentation and confidence when representing our brand in stores
* Strong time management skills to meet scheduled service requirements
* Experience in merchandising, retail, field operations, or a similar role is advantageous
* The ability to build strong store relationships and collaborate with team members across multiple territories
* A proactive, resilient, and solutions‐focused approach when navigating daily challenges
