The admissions process plays a pivotal role in the occupancy goals of our aged care home. The Admissions Coordinator is responsible for managing this end-to-end process.
Key Responsibilities:
* Executing local area marketing and admission programs to ensure effective outcomes
* Delivering exceptional service through the Welcome process, enhancing customer satisfaction
* Planning and coordinating activities within the marketing and admissions program, driving business growth
* Managing customer inquiries and conducting tours of the Home, showcasing its amenities
* Providing high-level customer service in all interactions, building strong relationships
