The successful applicant must have event and hospitality experience, be an effective communicator, team player and have an eye for detail.
A minimum of 3-5 years of event and hospitality experience is required.
This is a fluid and diverse role that is both hands on and desk based. You will work alongside the Director, Bookings and Event Manager and Chefs to plan and execute events, deliver catering services and ensure the day to day logistics are going smoothly.
You will need to be able to problem solve, think on your feet and also be a proactive and encouraging leader.

Approved managers certification is required.
RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification is specifically required.
Manual driver's licence is preffered.
