We've grown a lot lately, so the Procurement team are now looking for an entrepreneurial, dynamic Supply Chain Analyst for our Sydney head office.

**Responsibilities**
- Build and develop analytical tools supporting our Supply Chain functions, locally and globally, with a major focus on demand forecasting and inventory replenishment models
- Gather, manipulate and transform data from different sources to generate reports and improve the efficiency and accuracy of several workflows in our Supply Chain
- Work with different teams (Culinary, Procurement, Production, Data, Finance, Customer Insights, etc.) to increase the business value of our Supply Chain tools: from concept design to implementation and adoption by key users in their critical processes
- Support, train and advise other teams and colleagues on using tools, analytics inquiries, and as a result driving operational excellence across the board
- Take an active role in shaping our Supply Chain Analytics strategy, by continuously assessing and challenging both business and technology landscapes

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science or Information Management
- 3+ years of experience in an analyst role (food and just-in-time operations background is a big plus)
- Proven operational background, supply chain related preferably, with expertise on data models and database design development
- Proficiency in Data relationship models and structures, using SQL and Javascript
- Experience in building and maintaining a diversified pool of tools used by different stakeholders: Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, Platform app builders (e.g. Zoho Creator)
- Process and information flow understanding
- Strong problem solving and multi-tasking skills with great attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage different stakeholders through the entire project life cycle (from concept design to delivery and maintenance of tools or reporting)
- Entrepreneurial mindset, who loves identifying opportunities and getting things done
