Job Description:
As a Team Lead in Logistics, you will oversee the daily operations of our warehouse team. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure seamless freight flow to and from the warehouse while managing invoicing, credit returns, customer liaisons, and stock control.
* Act as the key contact between DSV and its clients
* Lead daily warehouse operations
* Ensure orders are processed and dispatched on time with total order accuracy
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• A strong commitment to delivering reliable logistics solutions
• At least 2 years relevant experience in a similar role or substantial administrative experience including an accounts function
• Understanding of P&L, Customer accounts, OH&S Policies and legislative requirements in regard to warehouse operations and people management
• Experience in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office
