This role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build meaningful relationships with clients. You will work closely with the Sales Manager and wider team to manage the end-to-end event planning process and ensure smooth logistics.
Your primary focus will be on upselling luxury hospitality services to select clients and providing exceptional customer service to ensure unforgettable experiences.
