Field Service Technician
Description:
This is a highly autonomous role that involves working individually and being a highly motivated self-starter. The successful candidate will be placed on a rotating roster which will include weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Servicing and maintaining installed equipment to ensure maximum machine uptime and customer satisfaction.
2. Maintaining records of service assignments and faults.
3. Installing kiosks and bulk processing equipment at new sites.
4. Providing excellent customer service to partners and members of the public.
5. Analyzing areas of potential improvement in products and reporting to the local service team.
Requirements:
* Electrical/Electronic Trade Certificate III or Disconnect-Reconnect Certificate or Appliance/Mechanical Trade background or Comparable experience on electrical/mechanical equipment.
* Previous experience with operating systems, installing software, networking and mobile telecommunications.
* Strong diagnostic and analytical capabilities, especially in relation to mechanical, electrical and electronic equipment.
* Ability to work across a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends.
