WHO WE'RE LOOKING FORThe Liquor Co. 1977 is hiring Customer Service Representatives (CSR) for our Wilkinson Liquor Store, located at 4140 Wilkinson Rd., Victoria BC.
The following opportunities are available:
Permanent, part-time role offering 8 - 16 hours per week.
Our ideal candidate will have open availability throughout the week, weekends inclusive, closing availability (11 PM) is a must!
Permanent, full-time role offering 32 - 40 hours per week.
Our ideal candidate will have open availability throughout the week, weekends inclusive, closing availability (11 PM) is a must!
Applicants must be 19+ years of age.
We are a people-first business, with a strong focus on our customer and member needs.
We are looking for a like-minded individual to join our dedicated team.
We want someone who:
Enjoys creating positive customer experiences and goes above and beyond in service deliveryHas at least 1 year of experience in the liquor industry and 2+ years working in customer-facing rolesHas strong cash handling skills and the ability to process transactions efficientlyIs knowledgeable about alcoholic beverages and is comfortable recommending productsValues safety, integrity, and teamwork, and is a role model for both colleagues and customersIs physically capable of standing for extended periods and handling products up to 50 lb.Is able to successfully pass a criminal record checkHas a current Serving It Right certificate (required in advance of starting)
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOINGBesides working with the best group of teammates and fantastic customers, you'll be stocking the store, processing till transactions, and generally ensuring our customers & members are taken care of, and the location is clean and safe.
