About the Role
* We are seeking an individual with a strong background in accounting and advisory services.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Liaise with our compliance teams, review work and coordinate deliverables.
* Perform a first layer of review on compliance/tax work and escalate for final sign-off.
* Manage workflow, quality control and liaise with offshore and onshore teams.
* Support process improvement and drive consistency in deliverables.
* Communicate effectively regarding status, issues and outcomes.
What You Need to Succeed:
* CA or CPA qualification.
* Minimum 5 years in a mid-tier accounting firm or private-client tax team.
* Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to work in a hybrid environment and collaborate with offshore teams.
* Driven, quality-focused and able to take initiative in process improvement.
