Executive Assistant – Senior Executive Support Full-Time | Permanent | Onsite Location: Sydney NSW ANZUK Education is partnering with leading independent schools to appoint experienced Executive Assistants to provide high-level support to the Principal and other Senior Executive team members. These roles require outstanding organisational capability, exceptional professionalism and the ability to operate with warmth and discretion in values-driven environments. About the Role As an Executive Assistant, you will work closely with senior leaders to ensure the smooth operation of executive offices and the delivery of key initiatives. You will provide strategic administrative support, manage competing priorities and play a key role in maintaining strong communication channels across the school community. Key Responsibilities Provide high-level executive support including complex calendar management, correspondence and meeting preparation • Act as a trusted adviser and first point of contact, managing sensitive matters with professionalism • Coordinate leadership meetings and assist with agenda preparation, minutes and follow-up actions • Support governance processes including committee documentation and tracking of key compliance requirements • Assist in preparing briefing notes, reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders • Contribute to internal and external communications including executive messaging and staff updates • Support delivery of events, town halls and strategic initiatives • Maintain accurate records, documentation and operational processes aligned with policy standards About You Significant experience supporting senior leaders or C-suite executives (minimum 5 years' experience as an EA required) • Proven ability to coordinate complex schedules and manage shifting priorities effectively • Strong organisational and administrative skills with high attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication capability • High level of discretion, judgement and emotional intelligence • Strong digital literacy including MS Office, SharePoint and related platforms • Demonstrated stability and commitment in previous roles • Experience working within education or complex organisations is a must What’s on Offer Full-time permanent roles in respected independent schools • Supportive collaborative environments with strong community values • Competitive remuneration based on experience Full Australian working rights are required.
