About the Role
This is an exceptional opportunity for a passionate and driven individual to join a brand-new dealership as a New and Used Sales Manager.
The primary responsibility will be to drive sales and revenue growth while ensuring that our valued customers receive the highest level of service.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximise profits
* Lead, mentor and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets
* Provide training, support and guidance to the sales team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
* Monitor and analyse sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
* Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their ongoing loyalty
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role, with a successful track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
* Experience managing a high-performing sales team
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong leadership and coaching skills
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
