Job Description
As a Parenting Orders Program Case Coordinator, you will be part of a dedicated team making a positive impact on the lives of families at a critical time. You'll empower parents and carers to build positive, healthy relationships with their children through and beyond separation. Each day offers the chance to educate, support, and inspire individuals to navigate challenges and champion child-focused outcomes.
This role involves conducting intake assessments, obtaining client information, screening for risks, developing safety plans, and determining suitability for interventions. You will also design and deliver group and individual education programs on child development, family violence, and navigating complex family separations.
Additionally, you will develop and implement client case management plans in a child-focused, collaborative manner. This includes liaising with internal and external services for integrated support, including referrals for counselling and family dispute resolution.
