Join the team at HELM Wiring as an Assembly Technician. This full-time role is based in our Molendinar, Queensland facility and will involve the assembly and production of high-quality wiring solutions for the manufacturing industry. You'll play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards and are delivered on time to our valued customers.
What you'll be doing
Assemble wiring harnesses and other electrical components according to detailed specifications
Perform quality checks at various stages of the assembly process
Utilise power tools and other equipment to complete assembly tasks efficiently and safely
Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily and weekly targets
Maintain a clean and organised workstation to support effective production
Identify and report any issues or defects to ensure the quality of our products
What we're looking for
Previous experience in an assembly or manufacturing role, ideally within the electrical or automotive industries
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow complex instructions and diagrams
Comfortable using a range of hand tools and power tools
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
A strong focus on safety and quality
A positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to learn
