We are seeking a seasoned Financial Accountant with expertise in team mentoring and workflow management to join our Financial Reporting and Corporate Advisory team for a 12-month fixed-term contract. About the Role
1. Manage client engagements, mentor, train junior staff, deliver high-quality accounting solutions to meet clients' needs.
2. Support the Manager in ensuring teams' output consistently meets quality standards while fostering robust relationships and meeting contractual obligations.
The Supervisor supports senior accountants by reviewing their work for accuracy and timeliness. They also improve efficiency within the team through effective task delegation. The Supervisor collaborates closely with other departments on several projects, assisting in audits for smooth efficient processes. A key responsibility of this role is providing constructive feedback©for development purposes.
