Job Title: Full-Time Painter & Decorator
Location: Ocean Shores, NSW
Salary: $75,000 – $76,000 per year
Hours: 38+ hours per week

Coastal Brushworks is a growing painting business delivering high-quality residential and commercial
painting services across Northern NSW. We specialise in detailed, high-standard finishes and require
skilled tradespeople capable of working independently on premium projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Surface preparation including sanding, filling, masking, priming, and repairs.
• Application of paints and decorative finishes to interior and exterior surfaces.
• Work at heights using ladders and elevated access equipment where required.
• Maintain high-quality workmanship, cleanliness, and safety on all job sites.
• Liaise professionally with clients and other trades.
Skills and Experience Required
• Minimum 2 years proven experience as a painter and decorator.
• Strong knowledge of painting systems, tools, and materials.
• Ability to work independently and manage painting projects from preparation through to
completion with minimal supervision.
• Ability to deliver high-end finishes to residential and commercial projects.
• White Card and valid driver licence preferred.
