A Day in the Life of an OSHC Educator...
Provide nurturing care and genuine support for children Create a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for all Design and lead fun, inclusive recreational and educational activities Build and maintain positive, respectful relationships with your team Collaborate closely with colleagues to achieve the best outcomes for children and families Join exciting excursions and special events during vacation care Come to work excited, knowing you're making a real difference in children's lives Job Requirements: Certificate III or Diploma in Children Services (or working towards) or equivalent as per ACECQA guidelines would be desirable but not essential Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check) A passion for the education and care of school aged children in a play-based environment First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Effective oral and written communication within the workplace Benefits: Competitive Salary - Earn a salary that mirrors your expertise and accomplishments, turning your qualifications and experience into exciting financial rewards Flexible work location - Work from one primary service with the opportunity to work additional shifts across CEEC's 130+ services, if desired.
