Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Pathologist to join our team in Coomera, Queensland. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with children and adolescents, providing direct support to individuals with developmental delays and/or disabilities.
Your day-to-day duties will include assessment and intervention sessions with a mixed caseload in terms of both age and modality of intervention. You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver quality, evidence-based outcomes.
You will also be responsible for ongoing evaluation, training and review to ensure the delivery of quality services to clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology are essential for this role. In addition, SPA Registration is required. A passion for working with individuals who have disabilities is highly valued, as is effective communication skills and time management.
A strong focus on making therapy fun, engaging and meaningful for clients and families is also essential. Experience working with children and adolescents is highly valued, as is compliance with relevant registration and screening requirements.
