What You Will Do
What You'll Be Doing
1. Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Team up with the Product Owner, stakeholders, customers, and tech teams to gather, define, and prioritize business and functional requirements.
2. Dive deep into stakeholder interviews, workshops, surveys, and market research to understand user needs and system interactions.
3. Document current and future state process flows, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
4. Product Development Lifecycle Support: Transform ideas into specifications for development cycles.
5. Be hands-on in the day-to-day software development lifecycle, collaborating with the PO, developers, UX, and QA teams.
6. Ensure specifications are implemented correctly and positively impact the customer.
7. Lead agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
8. Maintain alignment of delivery with the product vision across the Attendee and Planner Experience streams.
* Documentation & Communication: Craft clear documentation for business requirements, workflows, and decision logs.
* Bridge communication by explaining complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
What You Will Need for This Role
* 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role, preferably within a software product or SaaS environment.
* Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
* Proven track record of working in Agile product teams.
* Ability to define user stories and translate business needs into technical requirements.
* Top-notch communication skills and stakeholder engagement abilities.
* Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, and similar.
