Position : General Manager
Location :Macedon Ranges Region
Employment Type : Full-time, with relocation support
Remuneration : $150,000 - $170,000 + Super + other benefits
About the Role The Facility Manager will oversee the daily operations of an aged care facility, ensuring high-quality care and services for all residents. This role involves leading a team of dedicated professionals, implementing service improvements, and fostering a culture of excellence and respect within the facility.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing all aspects of facility operations, including staffing, budgeting, and compliance
* Maintaining high standards of resident care and satisfaction
* Leading and supporting staff development and training initiatives
* Ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety regulations
* Building positive relationships with residents, families, and the community
Ideal candidate The ideal candidate is a seasoned leader with a strong commitment to aged care excellence.
They will possess:
* Qualifications : AHPRA registration (preferred not essential)
* Experience : Prior experience in aged care management or facility leadership roles
* Skills : Strong leadership, financial management, and communication abilities
