JOB TITLE: Residential & Commercial Cleaner
LOCATION: Hobart and surrounding suburbs (20km radius)
ABOUT THE ROLE: We are the magic cleaning fairies that return homes to harmony. Helping busy families, skilled couples, retirees, cleaning despisers, and giving them back their time to do what they love. We take away the physical and mental load of running a household.
HOURS OF WORK: Residential: Monday to Friday 9am - 3:30pm Commercial: early/late/weekends
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS (or willing to acquire):
Fully COVID vaccinated
Australian driver's licence, unrestricted
Own transport, with fully comprehensive insurance
National Police Check
Working With Vulnerable People
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: Skills:
High attention to detail
Reliable, honest, and trustworthy
Work within the timeframe allocated
The ability to be self-directed and show initiative
Excellent interpersonal skills
Qualifications: No qualifications required; however, a general knowledge of cleaning products and processes is preferred.
Experience: Prior cleaning experience is desirable but not mandatory.
MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Follow the instructions and processes created by Hazelclean to complete a house clean to the highest standard, within the time frame given
Performing general cleaning duties within a household, such as: vacuuming, mopping, laundry, cleaning kitchen and bathrooms, windows and sills, surfaces, and so on
Knowledge of workplace health and safety, including the ability to comply with workplace policies, procedures, and relevant legislation
Taking care of your physical wellbeing
Practice COVID protected protocols
Secure and sensible driving of business vehicles
Working within a team setting, encourage each other and checking over your team member's work

Salary: From $30.09 per hour
Expected hours: 5 - 30 per week
