Our mission is to provide players with a unique and unforgettable virtual reality gaming experience that challenges their minds and senses to have fun with utmost dedication to customer service.
We have part-time and casual roles. We can assign shifts based on your availability on any day between 10AM to 10PM.

We are hiring you for your personality and character first. So if you have
Game Master Role
Full training will be provided to function as Game Master(s).
- Must be comfortable to trouble shoot software and hardware issues, by being open to learn software and hardware on the job.
- Be positive and proactive with customer service to obtain references, google reviews and making them want to visit again.
Responsibilities (while on duty):
- Being the first point of contact for all customers, walk ins, phone & internet inquiries.
- Be on time for shifts and be proactive in communicating availability.
- Welcome and orient players to the virtual reality escape room experience
- Monitor and assist players throughout their gaming experience
- Ensure that all equipment is functioning properly and troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise
- Provide excellent customer service by creating a fun and immersive experience for our players
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for players to enjoy
- Collaborate with the team to further develop the player experience
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with all customers
- Deep understanding of game mastering and having been a game master is a significant advantage.
- Hardware and Software troubleshooting skills will be advantageous.
- Familiarity with virtual reality equipment and technology is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
