We are seeking experienced and motivated Design Consultants to join our PVD (Pergola, Verandah & Decking) sales team based in Loganholme, QLD.
We service all of South-East Queensland and welcome applications from candidates located anywhere between the Gold Coast, Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, and Toowoomba.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a PVD Design Consultant, you will guide customers through the selection of a custom pergola, verandah, or decking solution tailored to their home. This role goes beyond sales — it's about building trust, providing expert advice, and delivering an outstanding customer experience from consultation through to close.
Responsibilities include:
* Conduct in-home consultations with customers
* Understand customer needs and present tailored design solutions
* Confidently close sales while providing clear and honest advice
* Build strong rapport and long-term customer relationships
* Represent the Australian Outdoor Living brand with professionalism and pride
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
We're seeking top-tier professionals who bring energy, expertise, and a customer-first mindset.
* Experience in In-home sales (highly regarded)
* Knowledge of pergola, verandah, and decking products (highly regarded)
* Willingness to travel across Greater Brisbane, Gold Coast, and Sunshine Coast (essential)
* Proven customer service experience (essential)
* Excellent communication and rapport-building skills
* Reliable, well-presented, and highly organised
* Flexible availability from Monday to Saturday
* A valid driver's licence and a well-maintained vehicle
